The positive plate comprises a current collector and a positive electrode material layer located on the surface of the current collector, and the positive electrode material layer comprises ternary positive electrode active material particles, a conductive agent, a binder and oxide solid electrolyte particles capable of conducting lithium ions; and the surface capacity of the positive plate is greater than or equal to 4mAh/cm , and the particle size D50 of the oxide solid electrolyte particles is 0.1-3 microns.
