The method comprises the steps of extracting a key frame image from an ultrasonic image sequence formed through the decomposition of an ultrasonic video, obtaining the coordinates of a measurement point in the key frame image, forming a coordinate sequence, obtaining an external rectangular frame of a related lesion according to the coordinate sequence, taking the external rectangular frame as a first rectangular frame, extracting a region of interest of the first ultrasonic image, and identifying contour feature data of the lesion as first feature data; automatically marking a lesion contour on the key frame image according to the first feature data; acquiring an external rectangular frame of the marked lesion contour as a second rectangular frame; acquiring a non-key frame image adjacent to the key frame image, and acquiring contour feature data of a lesion in a non-key frame image as second feature data by using the |
