The invention relates to the field of lamps, in particular to a long-strip support lamp which comprises a base, a lampshade and two side covers. The two side covers are arranged at the two ends of the base respectively. The base comprises a radiator, a light source module and a wire. The side cover comprises a driver; the radiator is installed and tightly attached to the inner surface of the base. The radiator protrudes upwards on the two sides of the light source module respectively to form a groove with a downward opening, and the wire is arranged in the groove. The lampshade comprises an anti-dazzle film and a rhombic crystal structure; the anti-dazzle film covers the inner surface of the lampshade; and the rhombic crystal structure is fixed on the outer surface of the lampshade and comprises a plurality of rectangular pyramid transparent crystals which are uniformly arranged.
