The method comprises the following steps of driving a hydraulic motor to advance and driving the hydraulic motor to retreat, wherein the step of driving the hydraulic motor to advance comprises a B-end valve closing stage and a motor advancing regulation stage; and the step of driving the hydraulic motor to retreat comprises an A-end valve closing stage and a motor retreating regulation stage.
