The technology comprises the steps that grouting drill holes are formed in the small coal pillar according to the interval of 8 m, the grouting drill holes are formed in the upper middle portion of a roadway, after grouting drill holes are completed, casing pipes are arranged in the holes, and the holes are sealed through hole sealing materials; the kaolin is stirred into slurry in a stirrer according to the concentration of 50%; and the kaolin which is stirred into a slurry state is pressed into the small coal pillar through the drilled grouting drill holes by using a grouting pump, after the kaolin slurry flows out of the cracks of the small coal pillar, the cracks of the small coal pillar are filled with the kaolin slurry, and the kaolin slurry is continuously injected into the other grouting drill hole until a |
