The construction method comprises the steps of construction of the steel reinforced concrete structure foundation, fixing of a bent pipe base, installation of a drainage steel pipeline, installation of a section steel combined supporting and fixing frame, installation of a guide rod and a guide rod supporting block and coupling installation of the submersible sewage pump.
