Anti-CK18 protein monoclonal antibody and cell strain, preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a monoclonal antibody capable of recognizing a human CK18 antigen, a secretory cell strain, a preparation method of the monoclonal antibody and application of the monoclonal antibody in immunodetection. The technical scheme comprises the following steps: selecting amino acids of the positions 1-430 at the C tail end of the CK18 protein as the antigen peptide, carrying out codon optimization to form a gene segment suitable for being expressed in escherichia coli BL21, finally obtaining recombinant protein comprising a CK18 protein segment and a histidine protein tag, then immunizing mice with the recombinant protein, and obtaining a mouse hybridoma cell strain 28 capable of efficiently secreting the anti-CK18 protein monoclonal antibody and the anti-CK18 protein monoclonal antibody secreted by the cell strain through cell fusion, screening and subcloning.
