The structural formula of the BTBT derivative with the asymmetric structure is shown as a formula I, a formula II or a formula III. According to the embodiment of the invention, the compounds BTBTN, C6-sBTBTN, C8-sBTBTN, C10-sBTBTN, C6-sBTBTEN and C6-sBTBTYN asymmetric structure molecules are excellent semiconductor materials. The synthesis method is relatively simple, the asymmetric molecular configuration has certain guiding significance for researching the relationship between the molecular structure and the field effect performance, and a basis is provided for further designing and synthesizing a high-performance organic semiconductor with the asymmetric molecular structure.
