The method comprises the following steps: reducing and roasting to obtain reduced iron manganese ore powder, adding acid and leaching to obtain leachate and leaching residue, preliminarily removing impurities to obtain purified liquid, extracting and reversely extracting to obtain battery-grade manganese sulfate, recycling manganese ions by carbonizing and precipitating, leaching ferric sulfate by using enhanced acid, and obtaining high-purity ferric sulfate through extraction-reverse extraction concentration crystallization.
