Aluminum alloy foil 100 of the barrier explosion-proof material comprises the following metal components including, by mass, 0.8%-1% of manganese, 0.3%-0.5% of iron, 0.3% of silicon, 0.03%-0.08% of magnesium, 0.02%-0.05% of carbon particles, 0.01%-0.02% of titanium and the balance Al, wherein the sum of the mass percent of the magnesium and the mass percent of the carbon particles is 0.06-0.08. The technical problem that in the prior art, an explosion suppression material is poor in strength, ductility, elongation coefficient and mechanical property stability is solved.
