The conveying device comprises an outer rotating sleeve, a first driving assembly, a rotating seat, a second driving assembly, a conveying assembly and a transmission assembly, wherein an opening is formed in the outer rotating sleeve, and the first driving assembly is in transmission connection with the outer rotating sleeve to drive the outer rotating sleeve to rotate; the rotating seat is arranged in the outer rotating sleeve and can rotate relative to the outer rotating sleeve; the second driving assembly is in transmission connection with the rotating seat; the conveying assembly is arranged on the rotating seat and used for conveying interventional instruments; the conveying assembly comprises one or more driving conveying pieces, and the transmission assembly is arranged between the outer rotating sleeve and the driving conveying pieces, so that when the first driving assembly works, the interventional instrument
