Hard disk troubleshooting method and hard disk troubleshooting device

The invention discloses a hard disk troubleshooting method. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring an X-axis acceleration and a Y-axis acceleration of a tested system consisting of a positioning clamp and a hard disk through an acceleration sensor; calculating a resultant acceleration to obtain the overall acceleration condition of the whole tested system; calculating the centrifugal force of the tested system according to the resultant acceleration so as to acquire centrifugal force generated by eccentricity of the whole tested system; finally calculating offset according to the centrifugal force; acquiring a dynamic balance state of the hard disk according to the offset; judging whether the offset exceeds a set range; and if the offset exceeds the set range, determining that the hard disk fails due to the unbalance. With the hard disk troubleshooting method and hard disk troubleshooting device of the invention adopted, the unbalance of the hard disk can be measured in an off-line manner, and
