Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for cleanly preparing cellulose nanocrystals through a one-step method combining organic acid hydrolysis with nano micro jet homogenization and a product. The method comprises the steps of: adding a cellulose raw material into an organic acid aqueous solution, and carrying out hydrolysis reaction to obtain a hydrolyzed fiber suspension; then filtering the hydrolyzed fiber suspension, and separating filtrate and filter residues; carrying out dialysis treatment on the filter residues by using deionized water, taking and diluting a reserved solution, and homogenizing through high-pressure microjet to obtain a nanocellulose mixed solution; and centrifuging the nanocellulose mixed solution, separating the supernate and the fiber precipitate, drying the supernate to obtain cellulose nanocrystals, and drying the fiber precipitate to obtain cellulose nanofibril.
