Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a tungsten-copper electrical contact material. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that (1) a steel substrate material is cleaned; (2) tungsten powder is wrapped with a red copper sheet to prepare a flux-cored wire; and (3) the flux-cored wire is installed on a welding robot, and a tungsten-copper alloy layer is deposited on the surface of a steel substrate in an electric arc deposition manner. According to the manufacturing method, metallurgical bonding of tungsten-copper alloy and the steel substrate is achieved through the method that the tungsten-copper alloy layer is deposited on the surface of a steel plate in an electric arc manner.
