Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses cutting fluid suitable for aviation titanium alloy processing. The cutting fluid comprises the following components, by mass: 20-25% of vegetable oil, 4-5% of an antirust agent, 6-10% of an emulsifier, 5-6% of an alkali buffer agent, 6-8% of synthetic ester, 0.5-0.6% of an aerosol inhibitor, 2-3% of an anticorrosion synergist and the balance of water. According to the cutting fluid, ethylhexylglycerin and phenoxyethanol are adopted for synergic corrosion prevention, the corrosion prevention effect is good, essential amine components in an existing cutting fluid are abandoned, the volatile amount of VOCs in the using process of the cutting fluid is reduced, and the corrosion prevention performance is not affected; furthermore, the formula does not contain amine components, so that the generated waste liquid hardly contains ammonia nitrogen, and the waste liquid is conveniently treated and discharged; and finally, volatilization of low-molecular-weight organic matter is effectively inhib |
