According to the invention, a five-membered ring palladium intermediate generated in situ and an alkenyl bromide compound are subjected to oxidative addition to generate a Pd (IV) complex, and then reduction elimination and Heck coupling are carried out to generate the 9-benzylidene fluorene compound.
