Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation process for producing a phosphorus locking agent based on blast furnace ash, which comprises the following steps of: screening unmodified blast furnace ash, adding strong hydrophobic carbon into the blast furnace ash, heating to a preset temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere tubular furnace, cooling the mixture to room temperature, and carrying out ball milling to obtain modified blast furnace ash; adding the modified blast furnace ash into a lanthanum nitrate solution, stirring at room temperature for a preset time, dropwise adding a NaOH solution until the pH value is 8-10, precipitating, removing supernate, and evaporating water to dryness; and after drying, putting the modified blast furnace ash into a muffle furnace, heating to a preset temperature, and calcining for a preset time to obtain a phosphorus locking agent.
