Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an application of nicotinamide to improving milk components of milk goats in a lactation period. The application systematically reveals an action mechanism of the niacinamide in regulating fatty acid metabolism of mammary glands of the milk goats from overall, cellular and molecular levels respectively. The niacinamide has beneficial effects on the milk components of the milk goats, and when the niacinamide is applied to daily feeds for the milk goats in the lactation period, the milk yield of the milk goats can be increased, and the composition proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the milk of the goats can be increased. The milk yield of the milk goats is increased, the goat milk quality is improved, and the economic benefits of milk goat breeding are improved.
