The guided structure (12) includes a first guided zone (13) and a second guided zone (14) configured to interact with the plurality of active magnetic bearings (30) and a recessed zone (15). The recessed zone (15) is arranged between the first guided zone (13) and the second guided zone (14) in a transport direction (T) of the carrier and is recessed with respect to the first guided zone (13) and the second guided zone (14).
