Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a self-supporting electrode substrate material, and a double-chamber enzyme biological fuel cell based on the self-supporting electrode substrate material. According to the technical scheme, carbon paper treated by strong acid is subjected to two-step electrochemical stripping in a potassium carbonate solution and a phosphate buffer solution of potassium nitrate. Electrochemical deposition is performed on the obtained material to obtain gold nanoparticles, and the glucose oxidase modified electrode based on carbon paper is prepared as a carrier by taking the gold nanoparticles as a current collector immobilized enzyme. An HEG/Au-GOx electrode is used as a biological anode, an HEG/Au-Lac electrode is used as a biological cathode, and glucose is used as a biological fuel to prepare the double-chamber enzyme biological fuel cell.
