Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for predicting a titanium alloy failure mode and a projectile ballistic limit based on an MJC model, and belongs to the technical field of titanium alloy dynamic characteristic research. The linear volume viscosity coefficient, the hourglass control coefficient and the secondary volume viscosity coefficient are added on the basis of an existing method for predicting the titanium alloy failure mode and the projectile ballistic limit, the problem that the result is inaccurate due to unit failure in an existing prediction method is solved by limiting the numerical range of the three coefficients, and then the prediction accuracy is further improved. The result of the embodiment shows that the ballistic limit obtained by adopting the method provided by the invention is 152.5 m/s, the actual ballistic limit is 158.5 m/s, and the error is only 3.8%; and the crack length of the titanium alloy plate obtained through the method is 72 mm, the actual crack length is 70 mm, and the error i
