Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a lossless voltage detection circuit for a charge pump. According to the invention, the voltage of the charge pump is led out through a grid electrode, and then voltage detection is completed in a power supply voltage domain; and since the grid electrode does not have a direct current path, the part is lossless. Generally speaking, the voltage of the charge pump is higher than power supply voltage, so a low-voltage circuit is used for detecting a high voltage. The lossless charge pump voltage detection circuit can accurately control the output voltage of the charge pump. The voltage detection circuit detects the output voltage VCP of the charge pump; when the voltage of the VCP reaches a set target value, the voltage detection circuit sends an ENABLE signal to close the charge pump circuit; and if the VCP does not reach the target value, the charge pump continues to work until the VCP reaches the target value.
