The invention provides a fuel pressure adjusting device which comprises a first block body, a second block body and a pressure adjusting assembly, the second block body is arranged on the lower side wall of the first block body, an oil conveying hole is formed in the first block body, and the oil conveying hole penetrates through the first block body in the horizontal direction; an oil outlet hole communicated with the oil conveying hole is formed in the lower side wall; an oil passing hole opposite to the oil outlet hole and an oil return hole communicated with the oil passing hole are formed in the second block body; and the pressure adjusting assembly comprises a sliding block, an elastic piece and a blocking block used for blocking the oil passing hole, the blocking block is arranged at the end, away from the oil outlet hole, of the oil passing hole, and the sliding block is arranged in the oil passing hole and located at the communication position of the oil passing hole and the oil return hole.
