The device comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, an air inlet valve assembly, an exhaust valve assembly, a first air filter, a second air filter, a silencer, an integrated block and a mounting bottom plate, the air inlet valve assembly is connected to a position between the first air filter and the second air filter, the exhaust valve assembly is connected to a position between the silencer and the second air filter, the first air filter is connected with the air inlet, the second air filter is connected with the air outlet, pipelines among all the valves are integrated in the integrated block, and the integrated block is detachably and fixedly mounted on the mounting bottom plate.
