Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a construction method of a tree-shaped nucleic acid structure for simultaneously monitoring two kinds of microRNA (miRNA) related to Alzheimer's disease, in the method, the two kinds of miRNA maintain the growth of a branch chain in an interdependent form, and under the mechanism, only when the two kinds of miRNA exist at the same time, a dendritic high polymer can be possibly formed. The high polymer can be distinguished through a fluorescent molecular marker. The method provided by the invention can perform quantitative analysis on the two miRNAs at the same time, is expected to become a method for efficiently analyzing the miRNAs, and is used for early diagnosis of the Alzheimer's disease and miRNAs related to other diseases. 本发明公开了一种同时监测两种阿尔茨海默病相关microRNA(miRNA)的树形核酸结构的构建方法,在本方法中,两种miRNA以相互依赖的形式维持分支链的生长,在此机制下,只有两种miRNA同时存在时,才有可能形成树枝形高聚物。通过荧光分子标记,可对此高聚物进行区分。所提出的方法能够同时对两种miRNA进行定量分析,有望成为一种高效分析miRNA的方法,用于早期诊断阿尔茨海默病及其他疾病相关的miRNA。
