Rubber composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a rubber composite material and a preparation method thereof. The rubber composite material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60-90 parts of silicone rubber, 10-40 parts of hyperbranched siloxane, 3-10 parts of a damping additive, 0.5-2 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 1-88 parts of an auxiliary agent, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the silicone rubber, the hyperbranched siloxane, the damping additive and the auxiliary agent into an open mill according to a ratio, and pre-dispersing to obtain a first-section rubber; (2) kneading the first-stage rubber in a kneading machine under a vacuum condition to obtain second-stage rubber; and (3) adding the second-stage rubber and a vulcanizing agent into an open mill, mixing to obtain a rubber compound, cooling the rubber compound, and vulcanizing to prepare a sample, thereby obtaining the rubber composite material.
