The method comprises the following steps: calcining lanthanum oxide in a muffle furnace to remove impurities; taking out raw materials including lithium hydroxide monohydrate, lanthanum oxide and zirconium oxide required for preparing LLZO and doped raw materials including gallium oxide and tantalum oxide, mixing according to a certain atomic ratio, and then carrying out ball milling, drying and sieving; putting the mixed raw materials into a muffle furnace to be calcined, and enabling the raw materials to react to form LLZO; carrying out ball milling, drying and sieving on the LLZO mother powder obtained after calcining; putting the LLZO mother powder into a mold to be pressed into a wafer, putting the wafer into a muffle furnace to be sintered, and after sintering is completed, using abrasive paper for polishing to remove surface residues.
