The invention relates to a sound-insulation anti-skid volcanic rock flexible material which comprises a polyurethane combination layer, a non-woven fabric layer and a rubber combination layer which are sequentially compounded from top to bottom. The polyurethane combined layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 45 parts of polyurethane and 1 to 5 parts of volcanic rock; and the rubber combination layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-85 parts of a rubber material and 1-15 parts of volcanic rock.
