The method comprises the following steps: (1) air purging; (2) crushing; (3) roasting; (4) crushing; (5) performing hydrothermal treatment; (6) performing suction filtration to obtain filter cake and a filtrate; (7) treating the filtrate; (8) performing pore-forming treatment, spray drying and roasting on the filter cake to obtain a matrix; and (9) adding the matrix, sequentially adding the treated filtrate and an auxiliary agent, aging and pugging, carrying out extrusion molding, drying and roasting to obtain the novel catalyst.
