Seabuckthorn seed oil is subjected to microencapsulation treatment, so that the stability of active substances in the seabuckthorn seed oil is enhanced, the embedding rate is increased, and the structure of the seabuckthorn seed oil microcapsule is more complete; through optimization of process conditions in the spray drying process, the air inlet temperature is determined to be 158 DEG C, the air inlet rate is determined to be 0.63 m /min, the feeding temperature is determined to be 70 DEG C, the feeding rate is determined to be 4.80 mL/min, and through three times of verification tests, the average embedding rate of the sea buckthorn seed oil microcapsules prepared through the spray drying method is 91.31%.
