Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a business process management system and a business process management method. The business process management system comprises a process engine and a shunting device. The process engine is used for carrying out circulation processing on at least one piece of business data according to a plurality of process levels set in an original business process by taking a form as a unit. The shunting device is arranged in the original business process. When the at least one piece of business data flows to the shunting device, the shunting device groups the at least one piece of business data to generate at least one business data group and initiates at least one new business process. The original business process and the at least one new business process are respectively composed of the same plurality of process levels. The process engine offloads the at least one business data group to the at least one new business process. According to the business process management system and the business pro
