Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high performance liquid chromatography detection method for aniline residues in carbohydrates, which adopts a C18 chromatographic column and a DAD detector, adopts an ammonium acetate aqueous solution as a mobile phase A and acetonitrile as a mobile phase B, and adopts gradient elution. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the residual aniline in the carbohydrate is firstly extracted, and the extraction agent can further inhibit the condensation reaction between the aniline and the carbohydrate, so that the amount of the aniline extracted by the extraction agent can more accurately reflect the amount of the aniline contained in the carbohydrate; and the amount of aniline can be rapidly, accurately and quantitatively measured by using a high performance liquid chromatography. Methodology verifies that the quantitation limit meets the residual quantity index requirement, the peak pattern is good, the separation effect is good, the precision is high, the stability is good |
