Zusammenfassung:Colorimetric reaction micro-fluidic rapid detection equipment based on ultrasonic cracking comprises an ultrasonic generation system, a heating system, an image acquisition and analysis system and a micro-fluidic chip with an ultrasonic vibration conducting membrane. The ultrasonic generation system comprises an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer and an amplitude-change pole. Contact coupling is formed between the tail end of the amplitude-change pole and the conducting membrane of the micro-fluidic chip. An ultrasonic frequency generated by the ultrasonic generator generates mechanical vibration through the ultrasonic transducer, and ultrasonic energy is conducted to a cell sample solution in a cracking cavity of the micro-fluidic chip through the conducting membrane which is in contact coupling with the amplitude-change pole, so that the cell sample solution is subjected to non-contact ultrasonic cracking.
