The invention relates to a temperature regulating nylon fiber, which includes a fiber body and a phase change composition. The phase change composition is doped in the fiber body and includes 450 parts by weight to 550 parts by weight of a polytetrahydrofuran derivative and 5 parts by weight to 20 parts by weight of a succinic anhydride derivative. Based on 100 parts by weight of the temperature regulating nylon fiber, a content of the phase change composition is between 6 parts by weight and 12 parts by weight.
