Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-situ generated aluminum oxide ceramic reinforced aluminum alloy composite material which is prepared from aluminum alloy-in-situ aluminum oxide ceramic composite powder obtained by mechanical oxidation and ball milling with aluminum alloy powder as a main raw material. The in-situ generated aluminum oxide ceramic reinforced aluminum alloy composite material comprises, by mass, 75.5-88.16% of aluminum, 7.6-12.5% of zinc, 2-2.6% of copper, 1.8-2.4% of magnesium, 0.1-0.5% of zirconium, 0.1-0.5% of yttrium, 0.1-0.5% of chromium, 0.1-0.5% of titanium and 0.01-5% of oxygen. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the in-situ generated aluminum oxide ceramic reinforced aluminum alloy composite material.
