The method comprises the following preparation processes that S1, raw materials such as an aluminum block and a silicon block are subjected to drying treatment, a refining agent and a slagging-off agent are weighed and dried, and all tools needing to be in contact with molten aluminum in an experiment process are coated with paint and dried; S2, the inner wall of a crucible is coated with paint, and the crucible is put into a resistance furnace to be dried and preheated; S3, a pure aluminum ingot is heated to 650-680 DEG C for heat preservation, when molten aluminum is in a semi-molten state, broken silicon blocks preheated to 180-200 DEG C are pressed into the molten aluminum, and the corresponding heat preservation temperature is selected according to the silicon content; S4, stirring is carried out for 1-3 minutes to uniformly distribute the silicon blocks, and after the broken silicon blocks are completely melted |
