Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of UV anaerobic adhesives, in particular to a UV anaerobic dual-curing high-temperature-resistant structural adhesive and a preparation process thereof, and the UV anaerobic dual-curing high-temperature-resistant structural adhesive comprises the following components by mass: 20-60 of at least one vinyl-terminated polyurethane resin; 10-30 parts of a vinyl monofunctional acrylate monomer; 5 to 15 parts of a vinyl polyfunctional acrylate monomer; 5-35 parts of a filler; 0.01-2 parts of a stabilizer; 1-5 parts of a peroxide initiator; 1-5 parts of a photoinitiator; 0.1-2 parts of an anti-settling agent; 0.1 to 3 parts of accelerant; 0.1 to 3 parts of an auxiliary accelerant; and 0.1-3 parts of a coupling agent.
