Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gold nanorod purification method based on a micelle deposition effect. The gold nanorod purification method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a gold nanorod dispersion liquid by using a seed growth method; and (2) carrying out purification. Specifically, (a) the gold nanorod dispersion liquid is put into a conical flask, a required amount of CTAB is added, heating is carried out until the CTAB is completely dissolved, cooling is carried out, standing is carried out until no precipitate is generated at the bottom of the flask, supernate is removed, a proper amount of ultrapure water is added into precipitate, and the precipitate is dispersed to obtain a dispersion liquid; and (b) the dispersion liquid is centrifuged, supernate is removed, a proper amount of ultrapure water is added into precipitate to disperse the precipitate, centrifugation is carried out again, and a proper amount of ultrapure water is added into obtained precipitate to obtain an ultrapure gold nanorod
