According to experiments, anthraquinone-2, 6-disulfonate (AQDS) or hydroquinone (HYD) as a reinforcing agent is added into the extracellular secretion of the Klebsiella aerogenes X , so that the oxidation rate of the extracellular secretion of the Klebsiella aerogenes X on Sb (III) can be remarkably improved, the effect of quickly oxidizing and detoxifying the Sb (III) in a solution is achieved, and further, the oxidation regulation effect of the Klebsiella aerogenes X on the Sb (III) is realized. Therefore, the method can be used for biological oxidation remediation of Sb (III)-containing soil or water. Compared with traditional chemical oxidation, the method of the invention has the advantages of being low in cost, efficient, free of secondary pollution and the like, and is an important technology capable of achieving ecological restoration of Sb (III) pollution in current soil or water.
