Metal electrode material for organic photoelectric detector and preparation method

The invention provides a metal electrode material for an organic photoelectric detector and a preparation method. The metal electrode material comprises a substrate, a metal conductive layer on the surface of the substrate, and an interface modification layer above the metal conductive layer, and the metal conductive layer and the interface modification layer are prepared through a vacuum in-situ sputtering process or an ion source auxiliary sputtering process. The metal electrode material for the organic photoelectric detector is prepared by adopting a vacuum in-situ sputtering process or an ion source auxiliary sputtering process, so that the characteristic of good compatibility between metal materials such as high-purity aluminum or copper and a CMOS circuit is reserved, and the negative influence of environmental factors on the metal electrode material is reduced; the interface modification layer is prepared on the metal conductive layer, so that the work function of the metal electrode material for the o
