The invention discloses a post insulator vibration acoustic signal processing method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) applying a vibration signal to a lower flange of a post insulator, exciting the post insulator to vibrate longitudinally, and collecting a vibration acoustic signal through a receiving probe; 2) performing Fourier transform on the collected vibration sound wave signal to convert the vibration sound wave signal into a frequency domain signal, then performing blind signal separation in a frequency domain space, and measuring the differentiation degree of a current detection signal and a reference signal for the separated signal according to similarity; and 3) reconstructing the obtained feature information representing the acoustic vibration signals at different microcracks of the insulator and the corresponding separation matrix, and finally acquiring the acoustic vibration signals representing the damage of the post insulator to obtain microcrack damage information, thereby realiz
