The invention provides an impeller component and a fan component. The impeller component comprises an impeller, a hub connected with the impeller, and a vibration isolator arranged between the hub and the impeller so as to isolate the hub from the impeller. According to the impeller component provided by the invention, the vibration isolator is arranged between the hub and the impeller, so that the hub does not make direct contact with the impeller, the vibration isolator can isolate vibration transmitted to the impeller by a motor of the fan component, and therefore the vibration reduction effect is achieved.
