The 3D printing gypsum powder is prepared from, by mass, 80-90 parts of alpha gypsum powder, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 1-5 parts of white Portland cement, 1-5 parts of modified toughening fiber, 0.1-0.5 part of rubber powder and 0.1-0.3 part of a thickening time control agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the talcum powder, the white Portland cement, the modified toughening fiber, the rubber powder and the thickening time control agent in a V-shaped mixer for 20-40 min, then adding the alpha gypsum powder, feeding into a horizontal mixer, mixing for 0.5-1.5 h, and uniformly mixing the components to obtain the required 3D printing gypsum powder.
