Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a gear shaping cutter remanufacturing device based on additive and subtractive composite manufacturing. The device comprises a laser cladding system used for carrying out laser cladding additive manufacturing on a gear shaping cutter, a machine vision processing system, a cutter grinding system and a control unit; the machine vision processing system is used for scanning the gear shaping cutter and collecting and generating the section shape of the rake face of the gear shaping cutter; the cutter grinding system is used for grinding the gear shaping cutter subjected to laser cladding; and the control unit is connected with the laser cladding system, the machine vision processing system and the cutter grinding system, and the control unit controls work of the laser cladding system, the machine vision processing system and the cutter grinding system. By means of the device, an old gear shaping cutter can be effectively repaired.
