The invention provides a guiding piece and a circular tube type anastomat. The guiding piece is used for guiding a nail bin assembly of the circular tube type anastomat to enter a surgical site, and the guiding piece comprises a guiding piece body and a pull-out part; the guiding piece body is detachably connected to the far-end side of a nail cylinder; at least part of the pull-out part is located in the nail cylinder, and the far-end side of the pull-out part is connected to the inner side face of the guiding piece body; and when the pull-out part is subjected to pulling force towards the near-end side, the far-end side of the pull-out part can drive the inner side face of the guiding piece body to move towards the near-end side of the nail cylinder till the guiding piece body can be separated from the far-end side of the nail cylinder and at least partially enter the inner cavity of the nail cylinder.
