Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a design method of an anti-falling structure of a tow hook blanking cap, and the anti-falling structure. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an anti-falling structure model; establishing a clamping groove model matched with the anti-falling structure; simulating the assembly state between the anti-falling structure model and the clamping groove model to obtain an assembly model; performing grid division on the anti-falling structure; setting material parameters of the anti-falling structure and the clamping groove; applying load and displacement constraint to the assembly model, and performing simulation calculation to obtain simulation pulling-out force of the anti-falling structure; and judging whether the design of the anti-drop structure is qualified or not according to the simulated pull-out force, if not, modifying the finite element model design of the anti-drop structure, and then carrying out repeated simulation calculation on the pull-out force until the pu
