The comprehensive recycling technology comprises the steps that an organic Rankine cycle low-temperature power generation technology is adopted for recycling heat energy, the acid non-condensable gas in the low-grade steam is recycled for producing 98% sulfuric acid, and low-pressure flash steam condensate is recycled after being purified.
