Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sliding door locking device and a vehicle. The sliding door locking device is used for being installed on a vehicle body provided with a sliding door and an oil filler cap, and the sliding door locking device comprises a trigger mechanism, a locking matching part and a locking piece. The trigger mechanism comprises a trigger piece used for being in transmission fit with the oil filler cap, and the trigger piece is provided with a first position corresponding to the opened state of the oil filler cap and a second position corresponding to the closed state of the oil filler cap. The locking matching part is used for being installed on the side portion of the sliding door. The locking piece is in transmission connection with the trigger mechanism, so that when the trigger piece is located at the first position, the locking piece is matched with the locking matching part in a limiting mode to limit sliding of the sliding door, and when the trigger piece is located at the second position,
