Zusammenfassung:The invented method adopts the profiling device for turning the lower surface of the fired earthen ware boiler bottom, the run of turning point of the cutter is on the same plane of the central line of the work piece, the cutter moves along the profiling to cut and level the projecting position of the bottom of the workpiece. There is a precision closely touched face between the earthen ware boiler and electrothermal disc, the gap error between the processed face and the standard face is not larger than 0.15 mm.
