Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the dimensional stability of a high-purity beryllium material for precise instruments. The method is used for carrying out multi-stage aging treatment on an isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material and comprises the steps of: heating the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material to 100-200 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 60-180 min, and then cooling the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material to the room temperature along with a furnace; heating the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material to 300-400 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 10-30 min; heating the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material to 700-900 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 30-300 min; then cooling the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material to 300-400 DEG C along with the furnace cooling, carrying out heat preservation for 10-30 min, and finally cooling the isostatic pressing high-purity beryllium material t |
